Urge a Sinaloa recuperar status sanitario para poder exportar: Calzada
Visita el titular de SAGARPA Sinaloa para reunirse con ganaderos
Al poner en marcha en Sinaloa el Programa Nacional de Movilidad de Ganado, el secretario de agricultura, José Calzada Rovirosa, convocó a todos los ganaderos a mejorar los status sanitarios y elevar la sanidad de la producción de ganado bovino para que tenga cabida principalmente en los mercados internacionales.
El titular de SAGARPA se reunió con ganaderos de todo el estado, luego de sostener un encuentro con productores hortícolas y colocó el primer arete a un becerro con lo cual automáticamente se inicia esta campaña como requisito de traslado certificado de animales.
“Yo vengo a traerles el llamado del presidente de la república, Enrique Peña Nieto de que a México se le respeta porque hoy el mundo sabe de la importancia que tiene nuestro país en la producción agro alimentaria y ganadera, ya que se exportan más de mil 500 millones de pesos diarios en alimentos tan sólo a los Estados Unidos y es hora de buscar mercados emergentes en Sudamérica, Asia y los Emiratos Árabes Unidos”.
Por su parte, el gobernador del estado, Quirino Ordaz Coppel fue muy puntual en la necesidad de recuperar el status sanitario para exportar en mejores condiciones competitivas.
Dijo que se debe liberar a Sinaloa de brucelosis y tuberculosis y lograr el status de Acreditado Modificado, que el Departamento de Agricultura de los Estados Unidos le retiró a los ganaderos sinaloenses y que es urgente recuperar, puntualizó.
