VIVEN GANADEROS UNA SITUACION DE CRISIS, RECONOCE EL LIDER ESTATAL.
Las Asociaciones ganaderas del estado enfrentan una situación de crisis que les ahoga en el desarrollo de la actividad, sobre todo las del municipio de Navolato y El Fuerte, debido a los recortes al presupuesto que se resintieron y que está dejando en consecuencia complicaciones serias en la ganadería del estado.
Daniel Osuna Román, presidente de la Unión Ganadera Regional de Sinaloa, declaró que el Congreso del Estado les recortó el presupuesto que le otorgaba a los ganaderos, incluso, la anterior administración dejó de apoyar por completo la actividad.
La situación está muy complicada y buscamos la solución a través del manejo de guías como se trabajaba años anteriores y se está buscando implementar programas como el REMO para que sobrevivan y puedan solventar las necesidades que se tiene en cada una de las asociaciones.
En la actualidad, se otorgan 15 mil pesos mensuales a las asociaciones ganaderas más grandes y 6 mil 600 a las chicas para que subsistan y se ajusten a ese presupuesto más los recursos que ellos mismos puedan conseguir por otros conceptos, puedan sacar adelante los gastos en sus regiones.
El presidente de la Unión Ganadera dijo que se tiene toda la disposición del gobernador para ayudar en todo lo posible y sobre todo, que los apoyos lleguen directamente a los ganaderos y se pueda evitar el burocratismo que a veces se pierde la intención en ese tipo de trámites.
Puntualizó que tampoco como sector están en condiciones de buscar un acercamiento con la Financiera Nacional porque estarían cayendo en la entrega de garantías y no se está en condiciones de ello, por el contrario, se tiene que buscar otro tipo de soluciones que verdaderamente beneficie a los ganaderos.
Por fortuna, y a pesar de todo esto, las asociaciones siguen funcionando en el desarrollo de la actividad aún y cuando en los tiempos actuales padecen mucho más complicaciones para el abastecimiento de agua y alimento pero paulatinamente se tendrá que salir adelante.
