Han pasado 6 días del inicio de la invasión de Rusia a Ucrania (conocido históricamente como el granero de Europa), mientras los puertos se mantienen bloqueados y las exportaciones interrumpidas, sin embargo, la demanda mundial de granos se mantiene creciente, lo que ha repercutido en cotizaciones record de maíz y trigo e incluso está impactando en los precios del petróleo.
En este escenario, este martes, los futuros de maíz a julio 2022 ganaron 12.1 dólares para alcanzar los 278.63 dólares, lo que representa un ingreso estimado al productor de $6,725.30 por tonelada de maíz. Mientras que los futuros de maíz a septiembre subieron 8.7 dólares para ubicarse en 253.63 dólares.
Por otra parte, los futuros de trigo a julio 2022 ganaron 18.4 dólares para ubicarse en 355.31 dólares, lo que representa un ingreso estimado al productor $8,012.02 por tonelada de trigo panificable. Mientras que los futuros de trigo a septiembre subieron 16.2 dólares para ubicarse en 348.61 dólares.
